This week on W2M, we have another mega show with a NJPW G1 Climax 25
Finals Preview, Sean breaks down what happened on Nights 15 and 16 of
the G1 as well on this show. There's also our Triplemania XXIII Review,
which could also be the funniest and saddest segment we've ever done at
the same time. In conjunction with that review, we also look at where
Triplemania ranks among some of wrestling's worst ever PPV's. If you
include all of the other stuff we normally cover, looks
like there is going to be a ton of stuff here.
We begin the podcast the way we always do with Quick Hits (8:00-68:00)
Where we discuss such news items as Lucha Underground moving to a new
location and not returning until 2016, Chyna announcing that Playboy
screwed her out of a World Title opportunity, New Japan possibly doing
US PPV again for WK 10, this whole Kevin Owens and Kevin Dunn deal and
more.
We breakdown RAW (69:00-125:00) by storyline and wonder if Stephen Amell
chose the right career path. We take a look at NXT (126:00-144:00) and
see how the continuing buildup to NXT Takeover Brooklyn is going.
After that, we virtually travel to Mexico and go through a myriad of
emotions as we review Triplemania XXIII (145:00-183:00) and wonder if
AAA even cares about the production of their supposed biggest show of
the year.
Sean takes us through the important things you need to watch from Nights
15 and 16 of the NJPW G1 Climax 25 (184:00-208:00) and then we do a
NJPW G1 Climax 25 Finals Preview and go through some of the important
matches happening in the last few nights of the tour.
Then we end things by checking out the first week of the GFW vs. TNA
Invasion (209:00-233:30) and if it is really going to work.
Next is the weekly look at ROH TV (234:00-242:30) and then we do our Top
5 W2M Rankings (243:00-End) for the week, as well as discuss what is
the best match of July 2015 and who was the best wrestler of July as
well.
